COURTNEY LITTLE

Hi!! My name is Courtney Little, and I am a highly motivated Interior Design student, eager to start my professional career. For the last four years, I have attended Ball State University with a major in Interior Design and a minor in Marketing. I am looking for a full time position as an Interior Designer in the Southern Indiana or Louisville, Kentucky area. I have a strong interest in commercial design and I am most interested in companies with a modern marketing and design approach, as well as a welcoming and friendly work environment. Within my years at Ball State, I have become proficient in Revit and AutoCAD, as well as Adobe and Microsoft programs. I am wanting to gain real-life experience in the interior design field, and I am thrilled to learn new programs and strategies. In past jobs, I have been able to gain experience in sales and customer service which will assist me in the design and marketing field. My most previous experience at Drees Homes in Indianapolis includes working closely with home owners and market managers to supply the best homes for our customers. I was also able to work alongside builders and trade partners to schedule various jobs for the initial start of the home. Fortunately in our design program, we have had many opportunities to work on projects for real clients. This has opened my eyes to the real world of designing and I am very eager to continue my journey as a young and aspiring designer.
